We have been celebrating FFA week at Unity East this week. Tomorrow, (Friday, Feb.28), students are encouraged to WEAR BLUE to show support for the Future Farmers of America and agriculture!
The East PTO will meet next week on Tuesday, March 3 at 6:30pm. Fundraising for next school year will be discussed and input from families is desired. All are welcome to attend the meeting to help plan and discuss fundraising and other upcoming events at our school!
Unity East & West yearbook orders are open from February 13 until March 13. Fliers were sent home last week with more information.

The reading portion of the Read-a-thon has wrapped up, with East students reading 118,530 minutes! Great job readers!

Students in 1R made high school friends this week! Mrs. Roberts' class drew monsters on paper and UHS students in Mrs. Seidlitz's sewing class used their skills to create stuffed animals for the first graders to take home! Thank you Mrs. Seidlitz's class for the great gifts!
